To help clients improve their internal contracting procedures, CCS offers training and consulting services geared toward IT, legal, and other departments, including the development of form agreements, statements of work, playbooks, clause banks and fallback provisions.

CCS attorneys can provide vacation/leave/interim coverage for in-house counsel and on-site project work for limited periods. We can be an extra set of in-house hands.
